Not only are the old platformer Mega Man games some of the best games ever made, most also sported extremely memorable music (Mega Man 2 remains my personal all-time favorite). Many Mega Man fans can often be spotted on various music sites or YouTube, recreating their version of their favorite themes.
Today’s theme comes to us from Mega Man X. It’s the Storm Eagle theme from two YouTube videos, one featuring a remixed version, and one featuring a user playing an almost perfect electric guitar rendition. Check them out below.

Over 600 hundred Mega Man fans came out to a New York City GameStop this past Tuesday to see the father of Mega Man, Keiji Inafune, and have their various earthly possessions autographed by him. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I present to you, pictures from the event!

As you probably know by now, this year marks the 20th anniversary of the birth of our beloved Blue Bomber, Mega Man. To celebrate Mega Man’s 20th birthday, Keiji Inafune, the father of Mega Man, will be on-hand for an official autograph session in New York City.
The session will take place on Tuesday, August 7th, 2007, at the GameStop located on Broadway and 33rd in New York City. Keiji Inafune himself will be on-hand from 5pm to 8pm, ready to sign some limited quantity Mega Man retro-themed t-shirts, special posters, your baby’s forehead, or anything else you got.
There’s also a rumor that Mega Man himself will also make an apearance, so you definitely don’t want to miss this opportunity to hang with both Inafune and Mega Man.
