Hey Seth. Grats on getting the patch out. Not too worried about the cosmetic bugs that got introduced into this patch ("seconds" no longer displayed in round time, last character of player names getting omitted in match making lobby).

What does worry me is the "penalty" you guys have instituted for disconnectors. Only awarding a loss to an abuser is not going to deter them from doing it. In reality, the new system put in place will actually give them an incentive to "pull the plug" even more.

I wrote a first thoughts thread in Capcom BBS which explains my reasoning for why I believe this will happen. You can find it here:

http://www.capcom.com/BBS/showthread.php?t=26310

I wrote about these concerns before on the Capcom BBS but Chris Sven didn't comment on it. You can find the post here:

http://www.capcom.com/BBS/showthread.php?t=19658&page=3#post455665 (Starting from the 4th paragraph)

I understand that when I wrote that message, development on patch 1.10 may have already been pretty far along. I do know however that the original submital of 1.10 to SCEE bounced way after I had made this comment (more than a full month) yet this was still not addressed.
