My Major Award
January 9th, 2008 ChristineI wanted you all in the great Capcom community to be the very first to know, so here goes. Get ready and be sure you’re sitting down. Ready? Good. Ok, here goes.
I have won a major award.
Yes, that’s right. I was notified by e-mail this morning, no less, because e-mail would, of course, be the most efficient way of letting someone know that they are the recipient of £1,500,000, which is apparently “ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS STERLING” for those of you not in the know.
I was apparently entered into the “Universal Net Lottery online Sweepstakes” international program held on the 8th January 2008. It’s a good thing I had no objections, I guess. They attached my very own serial number and lucky promo numbers to the e-mail, which I would share in this blog except I don’t know if I could trust everyone out there in internet-land to not cash in on those winning serial…er, lucky promo thingamajigs.
I must immediately contact Barrister Robert Dellow at his official and exclusive Hotmail address with my personal information, including the “Amount Won” as Item 12. Although it is tempting to add a few extra zeroes to Item 12, I am a person of integrity and feel that one million five hundred thousand pounds is a modest enough amount to keep the gas tank filled for at least a few months.
Well, I’m off to buy myself a helicopter. I hope they accept British Sterling. I should probably print them my e-mail as proof that I’m good for it.

Congrats!
So… can I borrow some British Sterling?
When you get the helicopter, can you come pick me up and fly me to San Mateo for a tour of Capcom USA? I have a license to pilot a lego VS Hardballer PTX-40 that goes unused. I hear that Randy drives it to work.
Shawn,
I had stop using the Lego VS because it couldn’t a pass the smog test. How did you know about me driving it anyway?
Dagooh, I can only lend you some if you e-mail me (through Hotmail, of course) your name, address, and the amount needed. I will forward it to Mr. Dellow, I’m sure it will be no problem.
Shawn, not only did it not pass the smog, but it is SUCH a pain when a piece falls off and then you step on it barefoot in the dark….OW!
Randy, I had to earn my Stalker title somehow… jk =P haha
Christine, I don’t think that would matter to me. Incase you haven’t heard (which I know you have) I’m some what of a Lost Planet nut.
