Niiiiiiiicccceee!!
I love his character portrait. It’s all dark w/ a hint of light.
Geez! His arms are humongouciousness!!! A miracle he doesn’t topple over. j/k
Awesome work, guys!! This game looks so good…”delicious” is the word.
Man, Gouki is beefy… as he should be, though, considering the guy can destroy mountains and islands and stuff.
Udon has made me proud… they used Gouki’s stance from Street Fighter Zero… :,) It’s nice when time is taken to differenciate the Ansatsuken fighters’ sprites, like how Dan got a different stance in the CvS games as well (even though his style is technically Saikyo, he still trained under Gouken for a time and used similar sprites. :P.)
I so can’t wait for this, SF2 needed a makeover. :3
Akuma with super meter?!?!?
NOT the kinda guy you want to meet in a dark alley…
Sweet, I love new Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix screenshots! Akuma is looking totally badass, indeed.
His arms are huge and ripped, and he looks downright evil.
DeeJay’s stage is also looking quite nice. I really appreciate all the time that Udon and the other artists are putting into this Capcom project.
Here’s to CAPTIVATE08, next week. By the way, Seth, are there any plans for a 480p version of the game for Wii? Also, did you get my Street Fighter custom plate pics? Have a good one and thanks for the screenshots.
Hey Paul,
Yes, I got your stuff, be in touch over PM.
best,
Seth
best news this week, thanks!!!!! ^_^
gorgeous art!!!!
Nice screens, love how the backgrounds are turning out (the Balrog background had me worried, but so far every background I’ve seen since has been faithful to the appearance of the arcade game). Akuma looks pretty badass as well.
Can this please be released tomorrow?
*inserts another quarter begging for a PSP downloadable version*
Dee Jay’s stage has turned from one my least favorite
stages to one of my most favorite stages EVERR! @.@ ^___^
Is this picture the aftermath of Akuma’s “raging demon” move?
